“……Through the years I have fallen enough times to cover all ten fingers and toes. The worst time was when our rental apartment flooded and I was carrying an armful of wet towels across a tile floor and slipped and fell flat on my back – cut my head,  my teeth and laid there alone wondering if I would even be able to get up.
